  1. Well I have never commented on a blog before but I can cross it off my bucket list. My name is Spencer and I live in Pennsylvania. I just got diagnosed with stomach cancer at 35 and will be having my stomach removed at some point. Pretty shocking news. I am enjoying reading about your procedure and life after surgery as I try to wrap my head around my future life without a stomach. At any rate I'm not sure how this works but would like to stay in touch and will look for more posts on here I guess. Thanks for sharing your story.

    1. Hi there, thanks so much for your comment! It really means a lot to me that people can take something away from my posts. I am terribly sorry to hear about your diagnosis and wish you all the best with your surgery and recovery. Feel free to sing out if you have any questions at all about anything I went through with recovery. It'll obviously be a little different as mine was preventative surgery. All the best and I hope it goes well. Kate

    2. Thanks Kate appreciate the quick reponse. I reached out to what I thought may be your facebook page but if email is easier or just posting on here is the best way to keep in touch let me know. Early ultrasound tomorrow and will know what lies ahead. Pardsbball11@yahoo.com thanks and I'm sure I will have more questions.
